RFP Question Formats - Multiple Choice

APES/INFORequestor can generate electronic RFP/RFI/RFQ (RFx) questions that require a vendor to respond by selecting one out of many different choice options you have previously defined. There is no limit on the number of choices that may be designated for each question. Each multiple choice question will be similar to the sample question shown below when a vendor sees it.

In our example, the vendor has clicked on "Potential Answer A" to select it from the list of available choices. The screen now appears as:

rfp response

This APES capability enables you to create an RFx that asks the questions you need, and forces a consistent response from all vendors. This makes it much easier to compare proposals and arrive at a solution. You also now have a record of exactly what features were commited to by the vendor, and at what cost. This makes for an excellent contract addendum!
